Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently or in a team.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
Responsibilities
- Serve as RCM expert with clients as part of the project team.
- Guide customers in system configuration to meet requirements.
- Design and test billing configurations and integrations.
- Develop test scripts for new software implementations.
