Job summary

Raintree Systems is seeking an Associate Product Support Representative (Tier 1) for Medical Billing/RCM to join its Client Support team in Phoenix. The hybrid role involves resolving basic issues, guiding customers, and documenting cases with urgency and care.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of SaaS application support experience, familiarity with medical billing/RCM, strong troubleshooting skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
• At least 2 years of software application support experience in a SaaS environment.
• Medical Billing/ Revenue Cycle Management experience required.
• High technical aptitude and proven client support in a technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide support, technical solutions, and basic how-to guidance to clients on Raintree’s EMR platforms with a focus on Medical Billing/RCM inquiries.
• Provide exceptional customer service – always remain positive and respectful, taking a phone-first approach.
• Demonstrate top-notch communication skills through empathy and active listening to gather information and validate details.
• Demonstrate exceptional troubleshooting skills to isolate causes of basic issues and steps to reproduce problems.
• Expedite problem-solving by leveraging KB, documentation, screen sharing, test systems, etc.
• Prioritize tasks using critical thinking and independent decision making.
• Manage cases: document thoroughly, set follow-ups, and avoid stale cases.
• Escalate issues when necessary based on priority and aging metrics.
