Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Two+ years in case management or refugee/immigrant work preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a diverse office environment.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• English fluency required; knowledge of additional languages helpful.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Refugee Cash Assistance program and ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Determine client eligibility for RCA based on family size, employability, and goals.
• Enroll eligible clients in RCA and enter data into RS and Client Track databases.
• Provide RCA orientation to clients on benefits and requirements.
• Maintain case notes/files in compliance with STOR and ORR guidelines.
• Prepare and submit reports to funders/donors upon request.
• Refer clients to employment services and support employment outcomes.
• Process monthly RCA check requests based on client compliance.
• Review cases to ensure contract compliance and quality control.
• Perform additional duties as directed by supervisor.
