Job summary

Alpaca Health is a nationwide network of independent ABA therapists delivering in-home, school, and daycare services. You’ll work one-on-one with kids with autism in clients' homes and classrooms under the guidance of a BCBA mentor who supports your growth from day one.

We offer direct mentorship, the option of full-time or part-time schedules, and a pathway toward BCBA certification. Some practices reimburse training as you gain hands-on experience.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification preferred or pathway to certification.
• Reliable availability across mornings, afternoons, or evenings to meet client needs.
• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent and able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities.
• Implement behavior strategies and collect data to track progress.
• Collaborate closely with a BCBA mentor who provides guidance from day one.
