Job summary

Alpaca Health, Inc. is seeking RBT professionals to work one-on-one with children with autism in homes and schools. You’ll follow a BCBA plan, implement behavior strategies, and collect data while building trusted relationships that support growth.

We offer direct mentorship from a BCBA, flexible full-time or part-time schedules, and support toward BCBA certification. Training reimbursement may be provided as you earn your credential.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or drive to earn one.
• Willingness to work mornings, afternoons, or evenings.
• Reliable transportation to client homes and schools.
• Able to lift ~50 lbs and stay active.
• High school diploma or equivalent; pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities.
• Follow a BCBA-designed plan, implement behavior strategies, and collect data.
• Build consistent relationships to support child growth.
• BCBA mentoring is available and accessible for guidance.
