Job summary

Alpaca Health is hiring in-person RBTs to work one-on-one with children with autism in homes, schools, and daycares. You’ll follow a personalized plan from your BCBA, implement behavior strategies, and collect data to track progress daily.

Active RBT certification is preferred, or you’ll receive a clear path to certification with BCBA mentorship. We offer full-time or part-time roles with flexible hours and practical training reimbursements where applicable.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification preferred or drive to earn one.
• Background in ABA or related field is beneficial.
• Reliability and ability to work with children in various settings.

Responsibilities

• You’ll work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities.
• Follow a personalized plan from your BCBA, implement behavior strategies, collect data, and build consistent relationships.
