Job summary

Alpaca Health is an in-person, multi-state network of independent ABA therapists. You will work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities, following a plan from a BCBA and collecting data to track progress.

We offer mentorship from a BCBA, not a corporate supervisor, and support as you pursue your RBT certification. Roles can be full-time or part-time with flexible mornings, afternoons, and evenings to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or drive to earn one.
• Dependable and reliable with flexible availability across mornings, afternoons, or evenings.
• Transportation to reach client homes and schools.
• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent; able to pass a background check.
• Able to lift ~50 lbs as part of in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities.
• Follow a BCBA-approved plan, implement behavior strategies, and collect data.
• Build consistent relationships to support kid growth with BCBA guidance.
