Job summary

Soar Autism Center seeks a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy for children aged 2-6 using the ESDM approach. You will implement plans developed by clinicians and communicate progress to families.

Candidates with childcare or paraprofessional backgrounds are encouraged. A high school diploma is required, and RBT certification is funded with training to achieve credentialing quickly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain RBT certification within 6 weeks of employment.
• Experience working with children is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy to young children in our center.
• Implement individualized plans created by Master’s-level clinicians and share progress with families.
• Bring skills from childcare, daycare, education, caregiving, or paraprofessional work into a highly supported clinical environment.
