Job summary

Alpaca Health is seeking dedicated RBTs to work one-on-one with children with autism in homes, classrooms, and community settings. You will implement individualized behavior plans under a BCBA, collect data, and report progress, with mentorship from a dedicated BCBA from day one.

Roles are in-person with flexible full-time or part-time options. Some positions may require certification, but Alpaca Health will help you obtain it and supports as you progress toward BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or drive to earn one.
• Reliable availability across mornings, afternoons, or evenings.
• Ability to lift up to ~50 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities.
• Follow a BCBA-provided plan, implement behavior strategies, and collect data.
• BCBA mentors you from day one and is closely involved in supervision.
