Job summary

Alpaca Health is hiring RBTs to work one-on-one with children with autism in home, school, and community settings. You will follow a BCBA-provided plan, implement behavioral strategies, and collect data to track progress.

You’ll work under a BCBA mentor, with opportunities for career growth toward BCBA certification. Roles can be full-time or part-time, with some scheduling flexibility to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or plan to earn one.
• Willingness to work with children with autism in home/school/community settings.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.
• Able to pass a background check and maintain professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to kids in homes, classrooms, and communities.
• Follow BCBA-designed plans, implement strategies, and collect data.
• Collaborate with BCBA mentor and maintain consistent relationships with families.
• Adapt activities to each child’s needs and track progress.
