Job summary

Alpaca Health is hiring for in-person roles to support children with autism in homes, schools, and community settings. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA, following individualized plans, implementing behavior strategies, and collecting data to track progress.

We welcome both certified RBTs and those pursuing certification, with training reimbursements and a clear path toward BCBA certification. Roles may be full‑time or part‑time to fit client needs across mornings, afternoons, and

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (or plan to obtain one)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to work with kids with autism and follow BCBA plans
• 18+ with a background check cleared
• Reliable transportation to client homes and schools
• Physically able to be on the floor and lift ~50 lbs

Responsibilities

• You will work one‑on‑one with kids with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities.
• Follow a personalized plan from your BCBA, implement behavior strategies, collect data.
• Build consistent relationships that help kids grow, with BCBA guidance rather than a manager.
