Job summary

Alpaca Health is hiring for RBT roles to work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities. You’ll follow a BCBA-developed plan, implement behavior strategies, collect data, and build trusted relationships with families.

You'll receive direct mentorship from a dedicated BCBA, not a manager, with pathways toward BCBA certification. Full-time or part-time schedules are available, with some flexibility to meet client needs and training reimbursements where applicable.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or plan to earn one.
• Availability across mornings, afternoons, or evenings to meet client needs.
• Reliable transportation to reach client homes and schools.
• Physically capable of moving and lifting up to ~50 lbs.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities.
• Follow a BCBA-provided plan, implement behavior strategies, and collect data.
• Build consistent relationships with clients and families; maintain communication with the BCBA.
