Job summary

Alpaca Health, Inc. is hiring RBTs to work one-on-one with children with autism in homes, classrooms, and community settings. You will follow a BCBA-provided plan, implement behavior strategies, and collect data to track progress.

We offer mentorship from a BCBA, flexible scheduling (full-time or part-time), and support toward BCBA certification along with potential training reimbursement based on practice region.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification preferred or drive to earn one.
• Reliable availability across mornings, afternoons, or evenings.
• Must be at least 18 and have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in home, school, or community settings.
• Follow a personalized plan from a BCBA and implement behavior strategies.
• Collect data and help build consistent relationships to support child growth.
