Job summary

Carry On Therapy is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings. The role requires an active RBT certification at the time of application and offers flexible scheduling with full- or part-time options, plus growth opportunities.

The compensation starts at $20–$24 per hour based on experience, with potential for higher pay for additional experience. PTO, bonuses, and referral incentives are part of the benefits package.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required at time of application.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
• Experience working with children or in ABA is helpful.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Maintain a positive, supportive, and safe session environment.
