Job summary

Carry On Therapy is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide ABA services in home, school, or clinic settings. Applicants must hold an active RBT certification at the time of application; pay is $24-$27/hour, with higher pay possible for more experience; Flexible scheduling supports both full-time (30+ hours per week) or part-time roles.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required at time of application.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
• Experience with children or in ABA is helpful.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Maintain a positive, safe session environment.
