Job summary

Carry On Therapy is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver in-home, school, or clinic ABA services under BCBA supervision. You must hold an active RBT certification and have reliable transportation to travel locally. The role offers flexible scheduling, opportunities for growth, and a hire-on bonus for eligible candidates.

Starting pay is $20–$24 per hour based on experience; full-time (30+ hours) or part-time positions available to fit family and work-life balance goals.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required at time of application.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
• Experience with children or ABA is helpful.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Maintain a positive, supportive, and safe session environment.
