Job summary

Carry On Therapy is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver one-on-one ABA services in home, school, or clinic settings. We value collaboration, flexibility, and ethical practice, and we strive to create a supportive environment where both clients and staff can grow.

RBTs must hold an active certification at the time of application and have reliable transportation to travel locally. Pay starts at $20–$24 per hour, with opportunities for advancement based on experience.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required at time of application.
• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred).
• Experience working with children or in ABA is helpful.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Maintain a positive, supportive, and safe session environment.
