Job summary

Carry On Therapy is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home, school, or clinic ABA services. You will work one-on-one with clients, help implement treatment plans, and track progress while collaborating with families and the clinical team.

Active RBT certification is required at the time of application, with a high school diploma or equivalent, and reliable local travel. Pay ranges from $20 to $24 per hour based on experience, with full- or part-time options and

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required at time of application.
• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred).
• Experience working with children or in ABA is helpful.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Maintain a positive, supportive, and safe session environment.
