Carry On Therapy is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings. We value collaboration, flexibility, and ethical practice, with a focus on real families and meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required at time of application.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Maintain a positive, supportive, and safe session environment.
