Job summary

Carry On Therapy is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver in-home, school, or clinic ABA services. This role requires an active RBT certification and emphasizes collaboration, flexibility, and ethical practice.

Pay starts at $20–$24 per hour based on experience, with full-time (30+ hours) or part-time options and flexible scheduling. Benefits include PTO, bonus opportunities, referral bonuses, and opportunities for growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (required at time of application)
• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)
• Experience working with children or in ABA is helpful
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and record data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Maintain a positive, supportive, and safe session environment
