Job summary

Carry On Therapy is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide ABA services in home, school, or clinic settings. The role requires an active RBT certification at the time of application and offers flexible scheduling based on availability, with full-time or part-time options.

Pay starts at $20–$24 per hour depending on experience, and there are bonus opportunities, PTO, and growth potential within the organization. A hire-on bonus may be discussed during the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required at time of application.
• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred).
• Experience working with children or in ABA is helpful.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Maintain a positive, supportive, and safe session environment.
