Job summary

BrightBridge ABA is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. In this role, you will work one-on-one with clients, implementing ABA treatment plans developed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and supporting each client’s unique goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; related degree preferred.
• Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build client-family relationships.
• Ability to follow instructions, implement plans, and collect data as directed.
• Physical ability to work with young children during therapy sessions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation if travel to client locations is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in client home, school, or community as directed by the BCBA and in accordance with RBT guidelines.
• Implement individualized treatment plans with consistency and fidelity under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and accurately record data to track client progress and behavior changes.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and team members, participating in regular supervision meetings and training sessions.
• Offer compassionate support to clients and families, building rapport and fostering a positive therapy experience.
• Adhere to company policies and ethical guidelines to maintain the highest standards of professional conduct.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
