BrightBridge ABA is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. In this role, you will work one-on-one with clients, implementing ABA treatment plans developed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and supporting each client’s unique goals.

This position is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about learning, passionate about helping others, and committed to delivering high-quality care.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in psychology or education is a plus.
• Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage clients and their families.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, implement plans, and collect data as directed.
• Physical ability for therapy with young children; may involve movement during sessions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation if travel to client locations is required.

Mansioni

• Provide ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings as directed by the BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans with consistency under supervision.
• Collect and record data to track client progress and behavior changes.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and team members in supervision and training.
• Offer compassionate support to clients and families to foster positive experiences.
• Adhere to company policies and ethical guidelines.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development.
