Job summary

BrightBridge ABA is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to work one-on-one with clients, implementing ABA plans developed by BCBAs and supporting each client’s goals. Ideal for those eager to learn, help others, and deliver high-quality care.

You will work in client homes or other settings under BCBA supervision, with opportunities for mentorship, development, and advancement in a supportive, family-centered environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in psychology/education or related field is a plus.
• Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, implement treatment plans, and collect data.
• Physical ability to work with young children.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation if travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings as directed by BCBA and RBT guidelines.
• Implement individualized treatment plans with consistency under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and accurately record data to track client progress.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team, participate in supervision meetings and training.
• Offer compassionate support to clients and families, building rapport.
• Adhere to company policies and ethical guidelines.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development.
