Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support in-home 1:1 ABA therapy for children with Autism. Pay ranges from $22 to $30 per hour with part-time and full-time positions available, and weekly pay.

Work location is in-person in Durham, NC with a schedule allowing true work-life balance. Candidate requirements include RBT certification, reliable transportation, and experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder, along with strong communication and willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• RBT certification from BACB is required.
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation.
• Experience working with children/adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Effective communication with coworkers, supervisors, families.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback.
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions.
• Passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation
• Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.
