Job summary

Achieve ABA Therapy Group is urgently hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a part-time, on-site role in Colorado Springs, CO. The position offers weekday daytime hours with strong clinical support and opportunities to grow into a full-time career as new clients become available.

Onboarding must occur within 48 hours of offer and start within 14 days. Competitive hourly pay and supportive leadership are provided.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Ability to begin onboarding within 48 hours and start within 14 days.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Comfortable supporting children with behavioral needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral support.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect data and complete session documentation.
• Support the student’s communication, participation, independence, and emotional regulation.
• Collaborate with the supervising BCBA.
• Maintain dependable attendance and clear communication.
