Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification
• Onboarding within 48 hours of offer
• Able to begin working within 14 days of offer
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to complete all required background checks and onboarding requirements
• Comfortable supporting children with behavioral needs

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral support
• Implement individualized treatment and behavior-support plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect accurate data and complete session documentation
• Support the student’s communication, participation, independence, and emotional regulation
• Collaborate professionally with the supervising BCBA
• Maintain dependable attendance and consistent communication
