Job summary

Achieve ABA Therapy Group is urgently hiring a dependable and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a part-time role in Colorado Springs. This position offers consistent weekday hours, meaningful one-on-one work, and strong clinical support, with pay ranging from $28.00 to $32.00 per hour based on experience.

Onboarding must be completed within 48 hours of accepting an offer and you should be ready to begin within 14 days, with BCBA supervision guiding your caseload.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification in good standing.
• Complete onboarding within 48 hours of accepting an offer.
• Able to begin working within 14 days of accepting an offer.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to complete all required background checks and onboarding requirements.
• Dependable, patient, professional, and comfortable supporting children with behavioral needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral support.
• Implement individualized treatment and behavior-support plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect accurate data and complete session documentation.
• Support the student’s communication, participation, independence, and emotional regulation.
• Collaborate with the supervising BCBA.
• Maintain dependable attendance and consistent communication.
