Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification in good standing.
• Onboarding completed within 48 hours of offer acceptance.
• Available to begin work within 14 days of offer acceptance.
• Reliable transportation to and from Byers/Colorado Springs.
• Ability to pass required background checks and onboarding steps.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral support.
• Implement treatment and behavior-support plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect accurate data and complete session documentation.
• Support student communication, participation, independence, and emotional regulation.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBA and maintain dependable attendance.
