Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required and in good standing.
• Reliable transportation to and from assigned client sites.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for one-on-one work.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral support.
• Implement individualized treatment and behavior-support plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect accurate data and complete session documentation.
• Support the student’s communication, participation, independence, and emotional regulation.
• Collaborate with the supervising BCBA and maintain dependable attendance.
