Achieve ABA Therapy Group in Colorado Springs is hiring a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one behavioral support under BCBA supervision. This role offers consistent weekday hours, meaningful client work, and strong clinical backing.

You’ll start with one case and grow into a full-time career as caseloads expand. Competitive hourly pay ($25–$27) with PTO, 401(k), insurance options, and a referral bonus.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification in good standing required.
• Complete onboarding within 48 hours of offer.
• Available to begin within 14 days of accepting an offer.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to complete all background checks and onboarding requirements.
• Dependable, patient, and comfortable supporting children with behavioral needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one behavioral support.
• Implement individualized treatment and behavior‑support plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect accurate data and complete session documentation.
• Support the student’s communication, participation, independence, and emotional regulation.
• Collaborate professionally with the supervising BCBA.
• Maintain dependable attendance and consistent communication.
