Qualifications

• Active RBT certification in good standing is required.
• Ability to provide one-on-one behavioral support.
• Strong data collection and session documentation skills.
• Willingness to onboarding rapidly and start within 14 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral support to students.
• Implement individualized treatment and behavior-support plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect accurate data and complete session documentation.
• Support communication, participation, independence, and emotional regulation.
• Collaborate with the supervising BCBA and maintain dependable attendance.
