Qualifications

• Active RBT certification in good standing.
• Onboard within 48 hours to match with first client promptly.
• Able to start within 14 days of offer.
• Reliable transportation.
• Complete all required background checks and onboarding.
• Dependable, patient and comfortable supporting children with behavioral needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral support.
• Implement individual treatment and behavior-support plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect accurate data and complete session documentation.
• Support the student’s communication, participation, independence and emotional regulation.
• Collaborate with the supervising BCBA.
• Maintain dependable attendance and consistent communication.
