Job summary

Achieve ABA Therapy Group is urgently hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a part-time, on-site role in the Byers, Colorado area. This position offers weekday hours and meaningful one-on-one work with students, under BCBA supervision.

You will provide behavioral support, help implement individualized treatment and behavior-support plans, collect data, and collaborate with the supervising BCBA. Availability within 14 days and onboarding within 48 hours are required.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification in good standing.
• Ability to begin working within 14 days of accepting an offer.
• Complete onboarding within 48 hours of accepting an offer.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to complete all required background checks and onboarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral support
• Implement individualized treatment and behavior-support plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect accurate data and complete session documentation
• Support the student's communication, participation, independence, and emotional regulation
• Collaborate professionally with the supervising BCBA
• Maintain dependable attendance and consistent communication
