Job summary

Headstart Health in Indiana is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with BCBA-owned practices that emphasize mentorship, manageable caseloads, and real clinician support.

You’ll work 1:1 with children following individualized treatment plans, track progress, and meet weekly with your BCBA for coaching. Flexible full-time or part-time scheduling with opportunities to advance toward BCBA.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• Reliable transportation to client’s homes.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college is a plus but not required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Comfortable moving, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children following individualized treatment plans.
• Track progress and communicate with families.
• Meet weekly with your BCBA for coaching and support.
