Job summary

Headstart Health is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support BCBA-owned practices with strong supervision and realistic caseloads. You will work directly with BCBAs, not a large corporate structure, and benefit from mentorship, paid trainings, and a path to become a BCBA.

We offer a $500 sign-on bonus, flexible full-time or part-time scheduling, and a supportive environment that emphasizes autonomy and clinician empowerment for creative problem solving.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college is a plus but not required.
• Must be 18+ and able to pass a background check.
• Ability to move around, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children following individualized treatment plans.
• Track progress and communicate with families.
• Meet weekly with your BCBA for coaching and support.
