Job summary

PBS Corp. is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for part-time roles with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. You will work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA or related settings.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA-based services to children in homes, schools, or community settings.
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Record and update client progress data.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to support progress.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing training.
