Job summary

Headstart Health seeks Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support BCBA-owned practices delivering individualized care to children in homes or clinics. This general application helps place you in current or future opportunities across the United States.

You’ll work 1:1 with children following tailored treatment plans, monitor progress with families, and meet weekly with your BCBA for coaching. Flexible full-time or part-time options and pathways toward BCBA certification are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Reliable transportation to clients’ homes.
• High school diploma or equivalent (college is a plus, but not required).
• Must be 18 or older.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Comfortable moving around, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children following individualized treatment plans.
• Track progress and communicate with families.
• Meet weekly with your BCBA for coaching and support.
