Job summary

Headstart Health is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with BCBA-owned practices that prioritize strong supervision, realistic caseloads, and real support for clinicians.

You’ll work directly with BCBAs, receive ongoing coaching, and have opportunities to grow toward BCBA certification. We offer full-time or part-time schedules and a $500 sign-on bonus to kick things off.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• Reliable transportation to client’s homes.
• High school diploma or equivalent (college is a plus).
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Comfortable moving around and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children following individualized treatment plans.
• Track progress and communicate with families.
• Meet weekly with your BCBA for coaching and support.
