Job summary

Headstart Health is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with BCBA-owned practices prioritizing supervision, realistic caseloads, and strong clinician support.

Roles offer direct mentorship, flexible scheduling (full-time or part-time), and opportunities to grow toward BCBA certification, with a $500 sign-on bonus. Work involves 1:1 sessions with children and collaboration with families.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college is a plus.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Comfortable moving, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children following individualized treatment plans
• Track progress and communicate with families
• Meet weekly with your BCBA for coaching and support
