Job summary

We welcome both current RBTs and those pursuing certification. Roles can be full-time or part-time with flexibility to meet client needs, and training support is provided where available.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or drive to earn one.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation to reach client homes and schools.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities.
• Follow a BCBA-created plan and implement behavior strategies.
• Collect data and track progress toward goals.
