Job summary

Alpaca Health is hiring RBTs to work one-on-one with children with autism in homes, schools, and daycares. Roles are in-person across multiple regions; you will work under a BCBA mentor from day one, with opportunity to pursue BCBA certification.

We value dependability, flexibility, and a passion for helping kids. Active RBT certification is preferred, but if not certified yet, Alpaca Health will help you earn it.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required or in progress.
• Mentorship from a BCBA from day one.
• Reliable availability across mornings, afternoons, or evenings.
• Must be at least 18 with a high school diploma or equivalent and pass a background check.
• Experience in education or childcare is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, schools, and communities.
• Follow a BCBA-designed plan, implement behavior strategies, and collect data.
• Collaborate with the BCBA to monitor progress.
• Build consistent, trusting relationships with clients and families.
