Job summary

Alpaca Health is hiring RBTs to work in home, school, and community settings, delivering one-on-one ABA support under a BCBA's supervision. You will implement individualized behavior plans, collect data, and help families reinforce progress daily.

We welcome both certified and aspiring RBTs, offering mentorship from a dedicated BCBA, a clear path to certification, and opportunities for full-time or part-time hours in a flexible in-person role.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to earn one.
• Reliable availability across mornings, afternoons, or evenings.
• Ability to lift ~50 lbs and stay active.
• Must pass a background check.
• Own transportation to client homes and schools.

Responsibilities

• You'll work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, schools, and communities.
• Follow a personalized plan from your BCBA and implement behavior strategies.
• Collect data and track progress to support each child’s growth.
• Build strong, consistent relationships with families and clients.
