Alpaca Health is seeking compassionate RBTs to work in homes, schools, and daycares, providing one-on-one ABA support under BCBA supervision. Roles are in-person and emphasize growth pathways toward BCBA certification.

You'll work with kids with autism, follow individualized plans, collect data, and receive direct mentorship from a dedicated BCBA, with flexible full-time or part-time options.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required or in the process to earn one.
• Ability to work with kids with autism and follow a BCBA plan.
• Reliable transportation to reach client homes and schools.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities.
• Follow a personalized plan from your BCBA, implement behavior strategies, collect data.
• Build consistent relationships that help kids grow; BCBA guidance is available.
