Job summary

Alpaca Health is hiring RBTs to work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, schools, and daycares across the Paradise, CA area. You’ll follow a BCBA-created plan, implement behavior strategies, and collect data to track progress.

Active RBT certification is preferred, but we’ll help you earn one if needed. We offer direct mentorship from a BCBA, full-time or part-time schedules with flexibility, and opportunities to advance toward BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is preferred or the drive to earn one.
• Reliable availability across mornings, afternoons, or evenings.
• Experience in education, childcare, psychology, or related roles with kids.
• Own transportation to reach client homes and schools.
• Able to lift ~50 lbs and stay physically active.
• Must be 18+ and able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities.
• Follow a BCBA-generated plan, implement behavior strategies, and collect data.
• Build consistent relationships to support kids' growth and progress.
• Collaborate with a BCBA mentor on the client plan.
