Job summary

Alpaca Health, Inc. is hiring RBTs to work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, schools, and communities. You will implement behavior strategies under a BCBA, track progress, and follow personalized plans to help each child grow.

Roles offer full-time or part-time options, mentorship from a dedicated BCBA, and potential support for RBT certification and BCBA path. Training reimbursement may be available, with opportunities across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or intent to obtain one.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Available mornings, afternoons, or evenings.
• Experience in education, childcare, psychology, social work, or related roles.
• Own transportation to reach client homes and schools.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities.
• Follow individualized plans from a BCBA and implement behavior strategies.
• Collect data and track progress carefully.
• Build consistent relationships to support child development.
