Job summary

Alpaca Health in California is seeking RBTs to work one-on-one with children with autism in homes, schools, and daycares. You will implement behavior strategies, collect data, and follow a plan from a BCBA, while staying connected with a supportive mentor.

This in-person role offers full-time or part-time options, training reimbursement, and a clear path toward BCBA certification. Prior certification is helpful, but not always required, as we value dedication and reliability.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification preferred or available to pursue.
• Access to reliable transportation to client homes and schools.
• Able to meet physical demands, including getting on the floor and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Background check clearance required by our program.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, schools, and communities.
• Follow a BCBA-provided behavior plan and collect data on progress.
• Engage clients with patience, creativity, and consistent routines.
• Coordinate with families and caregivers to support goals.
