Qualifications

• Demonstrated compassion and reliability when working with children.
• Ability to maintain data collection and progress notes as directed by a BCBA.
• Willingness to pursue RBT certification or maintain current certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, schools, and communities.
• Follow a personalized plan from your BCBA and implement behavior strategies.
• Collect data and track progress to support client growth.
• Collaborate with a BCBA mentor for guidance and training.
