Job summary

Alpaca Health in the United States seeks an RBT to work one-on-one with children who have autism, in homes, schools, and daycares. You will implement behavior plans, collect data, and follow a plan under a BCBA mentor who is available from day one.

We welcome both certified RBTs and those pursuing certification. The role offers direct mentorship, possible training reimbursement, and flexible schedules across mornings, afternoons, and evenings to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or drive to earn one.
• Dependable and caring with children.
• Reliable transportation to reach client homes and schools.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities.
• Follow a BCBA-provided plan, implement behavior strategies, collect data.
• Build consistent relationships to help kids grow; BCBA mentor is available.
