Job summary

Alpaca Health is hiring in-person RBTs to work one-on-one with children with autism in homes, schools, and community settings. You will implement behavior plans under a BCBA, collect data, and build meaningful relationships that drive progress.

Not all roles require certification at application; a clear path to RBT certification is provided, with mentorship from a BCBA and potential reimbursement for training. Flexible full-time or part-time schedules are available.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or a clear path to earning one.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable availability across mornings, afternoons, or evenings to meet client needs.
• Ability to lift ~50 lbs and be physically active.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities.
• Follow a personalized plan from your BCBA, implement behavior strategies, and collect data.
• Build consistent relationships to support kids’ growth with guidance from a closely involved BCBA.
